GENRAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

All materials, tools and tuition are included in the agreed cost.

For health and safety reasons, attendees must under no circumstances bring their own tools or knives to use at the Cotswold Forest School. If they are found, they will be confiscated immediately and returned to their parents.

Nut allergies

Due to the increase of young people being allergic to nuts and products containing nuts, we kindly request that parents, guardians and carers ensure that children attending holiday workshops do not bring nuts or nut based products.

Please ensure that if your child has a severe allergic reaction to nuts, we are made aware on booking, and that they bring their EPIPEN and any related medicine with them.

We do not provide food, except for marsh mallows and pizzas on certain workshops and therefore cannot guarantee that the site will be free of nut traces.

Every effort is made to ensure that our Workshops/sessions will run as advertised. However, Cotswold Forest School reserves the right to alter the Workshop(s), session(s) or presenter(s) without notice.

Cotswold Forest School reserves the right to cancel activities due to insufficient numbers or severe inclement weather.

Registrants will be notified if this occurs and payment refunded in full, or used for am alternate activity.

On receipt of the confirmation of the workshop booking the full amount for the sessions needs to be paid in advance.  Please make payment(s) to our HSBC account: Cotswold Forest School, Sort Code 40-17-25, Account No.21541846. Unfortunately, no cash can be accepted.

Registrants will be liable for full payment in the event of non-attendance unless a prior cancellation or transfer request is made within 48 hours. Cancellation or transfer requests must be advised by telephone or e-mail and received by Cotswold Forest School at least 48 hours prior to the Workshop. Please call 077 387 08880. Refunds will not be granted if a registrant fails to attend a Workshop(s), or cancels/transfers within 48 hours of the Workshop. Substitutions may be made at any time.
